GREETING CARDS & MESSAGES
How do I view the greeting cards that I can choose from? Within the product pictures there are a number of cards to choose from. You select your chosen card from the dropdown menu and type your message in the box and we will handwrite your card and include it with your gift box.
I would like to include a greeting card and my own message with my gift box. How do I do that? Each gift box includes your choice of greeting card, handwritten with your own message. Just choose your card and type your message when adding your gift box to your cart. If you are using our Build Your Own platform then please include your message in the notes section at check-out.
Can you send the greeting card blank so I can write in it myself? Absolutely! Just make a note of this in the message box. The card will be sent blank for you to write on. Just remember to send the package to your own address!
I would like to order more than one box? Absolutely, no problem. If the gift boxes are being delivered to the same address then you can checkout as you would normally. If they are going to separate addresses, then please check-out each box separately.
Can I change the contents of the pre-curated Life & Soul gift boxes? Our pre-curated Life & Soul gift boxes can’t be changed, but you can create your own bespoke gift box using our ‘Build Your Own’ function, where you can design your own gift box and choose the contents from all our favorite products.
I would like to create my own gift collection...something completely bespoke. Can you help? We would love to! If you would like us to work with you on creating a completely unique gift box, or have a special occasion and want a collection of bespoke gifts, please just drop us a line at email@example.com. We would love nothing more than to work with you to create something truly unique to you.
What is inside each Life & Soul gift box? We will deliver exactly what you see when you order your chosen gift box. The main image for each gift box shows exactly what will be in each box. If by any chance any of the items are out of stock, we will be in touch personally to agree a replacement of equal or greater value.
Are there any new boxes coming soon? Absolutely! We are constantly working on new gift box ideas. There is nothing like the surprise of receiving lovely gifts or cards in the post! We know that the delivery side of sending our gifts is critical and we will always strive to offer the best price and service to ensure your Life & Soul Gift arrives on time and in perfect condition.
How are the Life & Soul gift boxes sent? Each box is delivered exactly as shown in our photographs. Whichever gift box set you choose, the products are delivered in our beautiful sleek magnetic-close boxes. Inside, each item is carefully packed in shredding and wrapped in gold tissue paper and the whole box is tied with co-ordinating ribbon and finished with a co-ordinating gift tag. Once ready to be delivered the box is packaged inside an external shipping box to keep it in perfect condition. Our boxes are truly beautiful, and we like to think they have a lovely life after carrying your gifts to your lucky recipient. They make perfect memory boxes or for storing trinkets and other items.
I am sending this gift box as a gift, are prices included anywhere? We will never include any pricing information within any of our boxes and none of our products have individual prices on either, so no need to worry!

The details: Free shipping on standard deliveries only, this discount does not cover express deliveries and is does not cover international deliveries. This offer can't be combined with any other discount.
Once you have used your one-time only free shipping code, there will be a charge for postage. Whilst we strive to keep our delivery costs as low as possible, there is an additional charge which is calculated at check-out and is dependent upon whether you choose standard or express delivery. Standard UK delivery usually takes 2-3 working days and will cost £3.99 for each individual box ordered. Express UK delivery usually takes 1 working day and will cost £6.99 for each box ordered.
How long will it take for my order to arrive? Orders usually take 1 business day to process and 2-3 business days to deliver via Standard delivery, depending on where it's going. If you need your gift box delivered urgently please email email@example.com and we will do everything we can to help. It may take slightly longer during busy periods, like Valentines and Christmas!
I need my box to be delivered on a specific day, how do I do that? Please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will work with you to ensure delivery on your chosen day. Please note that most orders take 1 working day to process and delivery time is on top of that, but e-mail us and we will do our very best to help.
I want to get my box delivered but I don’t want the recipient to open it until a certain day! No problem. We will add our special ‘don’t open until…’ note to the box to ensure they don’t peek inside before they should! Just make sure to tell us within the notes section at check-out.
Where do you deliver to? Currently we can post our boxes anywhere in the UK. We are working on broadening our delivery destinations but in the meantime we can ship internationally on a case-by-case basis with just the additional postage fee. Please e-mail email@example.com and we'll see what we can do to help.
How do I send the gift box straight to the person it is for? This is what most people do, so no problem at all. When you reach check-out, just include the delivery address of where you want the gift to be sent and include your own details as the billing address.
My e-mail says the box was delivered but the recipient hasn’t received it. Please ask them to have a very good look in and around their porch, backyard, concierge and any outbuildings they have – it is most likely hidden somewhere safe. If your recipient has not received the box, but the tracking confirms it has been delivered please let us know by contacting us on firstname.lastname@example.org. We will do everything we can to try and find your gift box. If it still cannot be located, which is very rare and out of our control, we would ask you to complete a courier claim form.
How will I know when my order has been delivered to the recipient? You will be sent a confirmation email from us once your order has been delivered.
What is your return’s policy? We are passionate about ensuring a seamless experience from the moment you click on our website right through to delivery of your gift and we are confident that you and your lucky recipient will love our gift boxes. However, if the gift we have sent doesn’t live up to these high standards we will do everything we can to help.
If you would like to return your gift box you need to do so within 14 days of purchase and your gift box must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, including the Life & Soul gift box and ribbon.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept the return of perishable goods (such as; food, chocolate, sweets, tea, coffee etc.), clothing or any item that has been washed or any personalised greeting cards.
We also require a receipt or proof of purchase. We can only accept returns and make refunds to the person who originally made the purchase, not the gift receiver, as refunds are issued back to their bank account.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over £20, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
